Important Information
IEEE members are eligible for a 20% discount on the registration fee. A valid proof of IEEE membership must be submitted during registration.
In-person registration includes access to scientific sessions, panel discussions, and keynote speeches, as well as refreshments and lunch on one day of the conference.
The Conference Secretariat is not responsible for arranging or reserving accommodation for participants. Each participant is responsible for selecting, booking, and paying for their accommodation.
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full registration for the paper to be included in the conference program and proceedings.
For a second paper and any subsequent papers submitted by the same corresponding author, another full registration is not required. Instead, the additional-paper fee specified above will apply to each additional paper.
Group registrations of more than 10 participants are eligible for a 20% discount. Group registration for industries, companies, and organizations may also be arranged through prior coordination and agreement with the Conference Secretariat.
Discounts will be applied only after the required supporting documents have been submitted and approved by the Conference Secretariat.
In the registration system, “accompanying persons” refers to individuals attending the conference with a primary representative under a prior agreement or arrangement with a company or organization. Co-authors and other accompanying individuals who wish to attend the conference must register under the “Participant without a Paper” category. Therefore, “accompanying persons” are different from “co-authors” and “participants without a paper.”
Registration and Payment Instructions
To complete the registration process, first select the appropriate registration category from the fee table and pay the corresponding amount through the online payment gateway available on the conference website.
After completing the payment, upload a copy of the payment receipt through the registration system or send it to the Conference Secretariat according to the provided instructions. The receipt should include the registrant’s full details and, where applicable, the paper ID. Payments submitted without the required information will not be considered final until they have been identified and verified by the conference’s financial office.
Important: Payments cannot be made after the final registration deadline. If a payment is made after the specified deadline, the Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for completing the registration, including the paper in the conference program or proceedings, or refunding the payment.
