Is accommodation provided for conference participants?
Participants are responsible for selecting, arranging, and booking their own accommodation according to their individual requirements, preferences, and budgets. The Conference Secretariat has not arranged centralized accommodation and assumes no responsibility for securing or booking accommodation. However, several well-known hotels in Isfahan are introduced in the “Accommodation” section of the conference website for participants’ convenience.
How will the conference and paper presentations be conducted?
The conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and online participation. Further information regarding presentation procedures, session schedules, and the requirements for in-person or online presentations will be announced on the official conference website.
How many papers may one person submit as the corresponding author?
There is no restriction on the number of papers that an individual may submit as the corresponding author. Each submission will be evaluated independently through the conference peer-review process.
In how many papers may an individual participate as an author or co-author?
There is no restriction on the number of papers in which an individual may be listed as an author or co-author.
Where will the conference papers be indexed?
Accepted and presented papers will be indexed in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) in accordance with the applicable requirements. A request for the inclusion of eligible English-language papers in IEEE Xplore has also been submitted and is currently under review.
Final inclusion in IEEE Xplore is subject to IEEE approval and full compliance with its scientific, technical, formatting, and publication requirements.
What are the requirements for a paper to be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore?
Papers must be written in English and prepared strictly according to the official conference template available on the conference website. Persian-language papers will not be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and will only be indexed in ISC, subject to the relevant requirements.
Are the registration fees the same for Persian- and English-language papers?
Yes. The registration and presentation fees are the same for Persian- and English-language papers.
Is there a page limit for Persian- and English-language papers?
Yes. Both Persian- and English-language papers must not exceed six pages. If an accepted paper contains additional pages, a fee of USD 10 will be charged for each extra page.
Are the certificates for oral and poster presentations different?
No. The presentation certificates issued for oral and poster papers will be identical.
