Engineering Ethics and Intellectual Property Awareness
The 16th International Smart Grids Conference (SGC2026) is committed to upholding the principles of scientific and engineering ethics, protecting intellectual property rights, and preventing plagiarism. These principles are observed throughout all stages of paper review, presentation, and publication. Authors are likewise expected to adhere strictly to them.
Whenever material from another source is used, the original source must be properly cited, even if the material has been paraphrased. Any sentences quoted verbatim from another source must be enclosed in quotation marks (“…”). Furthermore, all mathematical equations, figures, and tables reproduced or adapted from other sources must be appropriately referenced.
Reproducing or translating material without proper attribution constitutes an ethical and legal violation and may result in restrictions or disciplinary action by relevant academic and professional institutions.
